The first one is my geometric approach to my solution. I may not have the photos at the bottom, and want to change the type on the top left. Up to make it better!

This is my example of an integrative approach. I'm liking the direction, I don't know if the backgrounds work the best, but here it is.

Critique 1

Rape – (Geometry)

1.       A report found that only 1 out of 15 males would reports being assaulted, where 1 out of 5 women would report an attack.

2.       15% of women patients at the VA have sexual trauma

3.       Women service members are more likely to be sexual assaulted than be KIA

Domestic Violence – (integrative)

This is a HUGE problem in the military, and it needs to stop or be addressed at the least.

I want you to stop him from hitting me, but I don’t want you to get him in trouble.

And this is what I have for the integrative approach so far. I'm not happy with the font/ layout of the type yet. I'm contemplating hand drawing the type for this to go along with my other two projects.

Worst job critique 1- hall

The first one is my geometric design and my second is the integrated design. My worst job was working for a spa company doing inventory, carry out orders, shipping orders, and in-spa fill ups for the various products the spa used. We were kept in a back room with no windows and an even smaller closet we had to keep all the product in. Working constantly to fill and refill all the empty bottles and apply all the right tops, pumps, and sprays, there was never enough of anything and all the product was everywhere by the end of the day.

These were my initial sketches. 
I wanted my integrative one to be something involving a tree because of how long I had to stand before my spine surgery- my boss wouldn't let me sit ever because he though it made the company look lazy, but I didn't know it at the time that standing for that long was bad for my spine and stressing it out. Probably why I hated the job so much. The second sketch did not come out anything like I had originally planned it to.

These are the end results:
1st one is Integrative

This one is my integrative design. Its a photograph of a cactus I took while I was in Jamaica and I cut out the vertebra from that photo and pieced them together. The cactus is meant to show the shooting pain I got from standing for 8 or so hours. I made the "standing" crooked because after awhile I wasn't standing straight at all but instead crooked.  







2nd one is Deconstructive
This piece is about how the brick wall was the inside of the building and how all the drama and BS that my coworkers were making was inside. The outside didn't need any words because its serene and doesn't need clutter like the brick does.
