Shades of Shoshanna

My project is titled Shades of Shoshanna. At first I wanted to go in the direction of my unique and rare religion. But as I worked more and more in that direction, I realized that I am not defined by that, and my faith is not something I feel can be labeled and defined so simply. Therefore, I changed to comparing the many different aspects and qualities that have grown to be part of me by creating six different images with some main colors of hair I've had. Along the side of each portrait, I added a phrase about myself. Each shade explaining a different aspect of myself.
